I'll start with Tile Tabs. Oh. Em. Gee. This is an amazing one. I just found it today, and I've already mastered it and adopted its use entirely. It gives you the option to tile your tabs. No, seriously. I can't think of a better way to put it than that. You can right-click on any of your open tabs, and have it side-by-side, or top and bottom, or any combination thereof, with others. I'm not sure there's a limit on how many, but I've been able to tile 7 or 8 without any issue (except visibility. I just did it for fun anyway.).

| I'm writing a post for my other blog, Great Illo!, there. Plug! |
It's great for multitasking without multi-monitors (laptop user, here), and I am as excited about this as I was when I first got tabbed browsing!
More after the break.
DownThemAll! is great for downloading those big files you come across every once in a while. I don't have any side-by-side comparisons, but it sure does feel faster. I'd estimate a speed improvement of 30% in perfect circumstances. It's especially handy for those of us with less-than-speedy connections.
Sync is good for people with a few different devices using the 'Fox. I think it comes built into FF4, but I installed it earlier anyway.
Personas Plus and Personas Expression are more for looks, of course. I like to have them because it's much more convenient to be able to change the look from an icon, rather than a web page. Plus gives you said icon, with features like favourites and quick browsing. I use Expression when I find a theme that almost works, but needs that little bit of tweaking to give it the look you want. I also use it to match the tab colour to the UI.
Status-4-Evar I downloaded just to get the "Safari style" progress bar in the awesome bar. The Fission add-on it's replacing apparently doesn't support 4, and has no plans to. It also has many other features that I haven't felt the need to explore too much of yet.
These make me very happy, and they should you too. Anything you'd like to add? Tell me, and I'll have a look!
